Delegate Cancellation Policy: before 9th November 2007 – full refund less £20 administration charge; 9th November and thereafter – delegate substitutions accepted, but no refunds available.
Conference Cancellation Policy: Engineering Seminars reserve the right to reschedule the Seminars in the circumstances of “events beyond our reasonable control”; Engineering Seminars shall not be liable for the consequences of “events beyond our reasonable control” – see definitions on our web site. Engineering Seminars reserve the right to cancel the Seminars, for reasons other than “events beyond our reasonable control”, and in that instance only, shall refund to each Participant the Seminar fee, previously paid, in full satisfaction of all liabilities of Engineering Seminars to each Delegate.
Events beyond our reasonable control: include acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, outbreak of disease, governmental emergency, travel restrictions by government(s), closure of a travel facility such as an airport or train system, extreme weather, labour strike, unavailability of the Conference Facility or other such like events.
